The Agenda;
A 15 mins Presentation that we will be doing needs to cover the following areas,
1. High level intro to whatsapp, it’s features/functions that might not be commonly known but might be beneficial to teachers (e.g. mute facility)., best practices and do’s/don’ts especially when you use groups.
2. Introduction to the WhatsApp group we will be creating along with its purpose and features
3. Brief about our plan to get the rest of the members (individuals who will not be attending the AGM) to the group and the extended support that we will be providing to maintain this group
4. Lastly launch the WhatApp group by getting the RCPTA President to send out a welcome note/flyer to the group.
